COGINOVA Institute supports EU projects and civil society initiatives that promote civic awareness, participatory governance, and rule-of-law education. We focus on creating practical tools and strategies for rights-based learning and engagement.

In times of polarisation, disinformation, and shrinking civic space, defending civic values is more urgent than ever. Strong democracies depend not only on institutions but on citizens who understand, trust, and participate in public life. Legal empowerment and civic education are key to ensuring that rights are not just theoretical—but lived.
COGINOVA Institute supports a wide range of initiatives focused on democratic literacy, rights-based education, and civic resilience. We develop educational formats, co-create civic campaigns, and support legal awareness initiatives targeting youth, educators, and community leaders.
Our methods are interactive, inclusive, and grounded in democratic pedagogy. We don’t teach civics as doctrine—we support reflection, dialogue, and collective capacity to act. Our goal is to help build societies where everyone can understand and shape the rules that govern them.
