Policy Statement
LegalAid Point Foundation promotes a culture of respect, dignity and equality to ensure access, voice, and participation for all, especially children.
We recognise that children may face risks even in spaces that should be safe. Girls, LGBTQIA+ youth, children with disabilities and those from minority backgrounds may face disproportionate risks of harm.
LegalAid Point Foundation is committed to creating safe spaces in all its activities and adopts a robust Child Safeguarding Policy to protect all minors involved.
